High 40 HOA Rules & Restrictions

During the general business meeting Nov 2015 a committee was formed to review the document that spells out the "Conditions, Reservations, and Restrictions" (CR&Rs) for our neighborhood.  The committee began with an electronic version of the document as amended in 1994, and used Microsoft Word to edit the document and track changes as they were made.  Comments were also added in the right hand margin where needed to explain the intent of the change.  Please click on the links below to review the versions of the document as it has evolved.
